• Handle basic maintenance and repairs. We use our trusted handyman and/or contractors. We pay them and will send you their invoice. Transparency.

Customer and Concierge services

• 7 days a week customer support for guests and property owners.
• Information about the property and the surrounding area, we visit and get to know all our properties.
• We speak English, Spanish, French and Korean fluently to welcome and communicate with international guests.
