How do I search for an accommodation?
Select arrival date and departure date. Then press “Check Now”. On the next page, a list of all available apartments will be displayed. All apartments displayed on this page are available the days you have entered.

How do I book an apartment?
Once you have entered your travel dates into the Apartment Search form and selected an apartment from the availability list, click on the apartment image or on the tab “Book Now”. On the next page, you will be given details of the apartment with the total cost of the stay. This price includes basic rate for up to # people, additional extra persons, tax and cleaning fee are not included. Click on the tab “book now” and continue to the booking page. On the booking page, you must fill in the form with your personal data. In order to complete the booking you must read and agree by checking the box next to the Forms of Payment, Keys and Cancellation Policy document; and submit your credit card details. Your credit card will only be charged the amount indicated as “Deposit Due” once we verify all the information.

Is cleaning service included in the total price?
Yes, a onetime cleaning fee is included in the total price for a onetime cleaning of the apartment. Our apartments are cleaned before and after our guests enter and leave the apartments. If you wish to have the apartment clean during your stay you must contact Come2SF.

When do I receive the property address and contact details?
Once you have submitted credit card details and we verify the reservation we will e-mail you the address of the apartment and more details.

How much is the refundable damage deposit?
The refundable damage deposit is indicated on the apartment details page of each apartment. We will actually not charge your credit card, we will just put it on hold during your stay.

When will I be refunded the refundable damage deposit?
We will refund you the refundable damage deposit when you return the keys and after we check you have not caused any damage to the apartment.

How do I pay ?
30% of the total amount due will be charged to your credit card at the time of the reservation. If your arrival is within 30 days, the total payable amount will be charged at the time of the rservation.
If your arrival is within more than 30 days from the time of the reservation, the 70% remaining of the reservation will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior your arrival. We will use your credit card details submitted at the time of the reservation.
Note 1: Please contact us if you prefer to pay the remaining 70% with a US check 30 days before your arrival.
Note 2: All payments with credit card are subject to a processing fee depending on the type of credit card that you use; Visa (2.5%), Mastercard (2.5%) or American Express (3.5%).

What is provided in the apartment?
All of our apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, shower, toilet, towels and bed linen. Extra equipment such as TV, stereo, Internet and cable TV vary depending on the apartment. This information can be found in the detailed apartment description available for each apartment.

When do I receive a confirmation of my booking?
Once you have entered your personal information and your credit card details you will receive an automatic answer from our system. After that we will process the information provided and charge your credit card the amount due. Once the payment has been charged we will send you another email with the complete confirmation of the booking which includes the contact person details as well as the exact location of the apartment.

Where do I pick up the keys for the apartment?
You must contact us 30 minutes prior to arriving at the apartment, for example from the airport or if you are arriving by car before driving into the city. Then we will meet you at the property. In certain circumstances, we may have you perform a self check-in which will require you to retrieve keys from a lock box at the same apartment. However, we will give precisely instructions if this occurs.

How do I cancel my reservation?
To cancel the reservation you must contact Come2SF as soon as possible.

Cancellation and No show policy?
All confirmed reservations canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival date, are subject to a 30% reservation fee.
Confirmed reservations canceled 30 days or less prior to arrival date are subject to the full rental charge (total payable).
However, you will be able to change the dates of your rental period subject to availability on the same apartment.
Moreover, if Come2SF can book the apartment for the same days that you are canceling we only will charge you $100.
In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (unscheduled building works, water damage, fire…) Come2SF reserves the right to transfer the client to an apartment of similar characteristics. In case the client does not agree with the new proposed apartment, the guest has the right to cancel the booking and receive a total refund. Come2SF will not be liable for further claims by the client.

Where can I leave the luggage?
If you are arriving early in the morning or leaving late in the evening, you can store your luggage in our offices. This service is available from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM everyday.
