How do I search for an accommodation?
Select arrival date and departure date. Then press “Check Now”. On the next page, a list of all available apartments will be displayed. All apartments displayed on this page are available the days you have requested.

How do I book an apartment?
Once you have entered your travel dates into the Apartment Search form and selected an apartment from the availability list, click on the apartment image or on the tab “Book Now”. On the next page, you will be given details of the apartment with the total cost of the stay. This price includes basic rate for up to # people, additional extra persons, tax and cleaning fee are not included. Click on the tab “book now” and continue to the booking page. On the booking page, you must fill in the form with your personal data. In order to complete the booking you must read and agree by checking the box next to the Forms of Payment, Keys and Cancellation Policy document; and submit your credit card details. Your credit card will only be charged the amount indicated as “Deposit Due” once we verify all the information.

Is cleaning service included in the total price?
Yes, a onetime cleaning fee is included in the total final price. Our apartments are cleaned before and after our guests enter and leave the apartments. If you wish to have the apartment clean during your stay you must contact Come2SF.

When do I receive the property address and contact details?
Once you have submitted credit card details and we verify the reservation we will e-mail you the address of the apartment and more details about the rental.

How much is the refundable damage deposit?
The refundable damage deposit is indicated on the apartment details page of each apartment. We will actually not charge your credit card, we will just put it on hold during your stay.

When will I be refunded the refundable damage deposit?
We will refund you the refundable damage deposit when you return the keys and after we check you have not caused any damage to the apartment.

How do I pay ?
30% of the total amount due will be charged to your credit card at the time of the reservation. If your arrival is within 30 days, the total amount will be charged at the time of the rservation.
If your arrival is within more than 30 days from the time of the reservation, the 70% remaining of the reservation will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior your arrival. We will use your credit card details submitted at the time of the reservation.

All payments with credit card are subject to an administration processing  fee (2.5%) or (3.5%).

Contact us if you prefer to pay the remaining 70% with a US check 30 days before your arrival.

What is provided in the apartment?
All our apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, shower, toilet, towels and bed linen. Extra equipment such as TV, stereo, Internet and cable/satellite TV vary depending on the apartment. This information can be found on each apartment description site.

When do I receive a confirmation of my booking?
Once you have entered your personal information and your credit card details you will receive an automatic answer from our system. After that we will process the information provided and charge your credit card the amount due. Once the payment has been charged we will send you another email with the complete confirmation of the booking which includes the contact person details as well as the exact location of the apartment.

Where do I pick up the keys for the apartment?
You must contact us 30 minutes prior to arriving at the apartment, for example from the airport or if you are arriving by car before driving into the city. Then we will meet you at the property. In certain circumstances, we may have you perform a self check-in which will require you to retrieve keys from a lock box at the same apartment. However, we will give precisely instructions if this occurs.

How do I cancel my reservation?
To cancel the reservation you must contact Come2SF as soon as possible.

Cancellation and No show policy?
All confirmed reservations canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival date, are subject to a 30% reservation fee.
Confirmed reservations canceled 30 days or less prior to arrival date are subject to the full rental charge (total payable).
However, you will be able to change the dates of your rental period subject to availability on the same apartment.
Moreover, if Come2SF can book the apartment for the same days that you are canceling we only will charge you $100.
In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (unscheduled building works, water damage, fire…) Come2SF reserves the right to transfer the client to an apartment of similar characteristics. In case the client does not agree with the new proposed apartment, the guest has the right to cancel the booking and receive a total refund. Come2SF will not be liable for further claims by the client.

CONDITIONS
 
The company has been established to provide an outstanding selection of quality serviced short stay apartments and related services to a national and international client base, as well as tourist information and services. We have negotiated the best possible rates for our guests and there are no hidden extras or booking fees involved. These are our own general Terms & Conditions, which covers general payment and booking terms:

Reservation confirmation:
Once the payment is received, Come2SF, will send a confirmation of the reservation within a few working hours (except on weekends) with the remaining balance due. The confirmation will contain the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the contact person, as well as the property address.

Arrival Times:
While completing the reservation the guest should supply us with the flight number and arrival time as well as the estimated arrival time at the accommodation. Upon arriving in San Francisco the customer should reach the contact person directly to reconfirm the arrival time. In case of any delay or change in arrival time, the guest should inform the contact person. There is no refund in case of delay or early departure. Check-in time is usually 2:00 PM with check-out time at 11:00 AM. Please note that arrivals after 8:00 PM carry a supplemental charge of $20.

Keys:
The keys will be handed over by the contact person once the remaining balance due has been paid.

Refundable Damage Deposit:
As already indicated in the reservation confirmation, in order to obtain the keys to the accommodation the customer must pay the indicated amount of refundable damege deposit. This deposit will be returned by the contact person after assuring that the accommodation is in the same condition as when the customer entered.If you decide to pay by credit card, we will actually not charge your card, but just put it on hold until we have made sure that no damage has occurred.

Occupancy:
The number of persons occupying an apartment must coincide with the number of persons in the confirmation. It is forbidden to make any change in the number of persons from what is indicated in the reservation without previously notifying Come2SF. Any change to the number of persons can incur an extra charges.

Changes to reservations:
a. To avoid costs caused by unforeseen cancellations we recommend that the customer contract travel insurance. All cancellations must be communicated in writing via fax or email.

In case the client does not agree with the new proposed apartment, the guest has the right to cancel the booking and receive a total refund. Damages, deterioration and missing objects:
The guest is responsible during his/her stay in the accommodation for the condition of the accommodation. As such he/she is responsible for any type of breakage, deterioration or loss that is produced in the apartment, furniture, appliances, keys etc. The owner can demand the payment of the object, deteriorations and/or damages caused which will be deducted from the deposit and if this does not cover the costs the renter must pay the difference. Also the renter promises to the respect the rules of the accommodation and those of the neighbours'. The renter promises to communicate immediately with the contact person in case of any damage, breakage or loss that is produced.

Cleaning:
The guest promises to return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as when he entered except for dirtiness incurred through normal and acceptable use of the accommodation. Come2SF can provide a cleaning service at an additional cost.

Website Descriptions:
The property owner provides all property descriptions. We make every effort to keep the information as accurate as possible through continued contact with the owner and periodical visits to the apartments. We don't take responsibility for inaccuracies that may occur but will act on behalf of our customers to communicate and resolve any issues with the property owner.
